Yoga and Me
Yoga has been in my life for over two decades. It's the practice I turn to whenever life gets tough and a journey of exploration that continues to spark my imagination and interest. The move into teaching started as a flash in a meditation class, with the simple question, 'What am I doing with my life?!'
I went on to study at renowned school Yogacampus, receiving the RYT200 teaching qualification. I am also a certified Relax and Renew Advanced Trainer (Restorative Yoga) and Yoga for Pelvic Floor teacher, and continue studying through regular workshops and courses.
My main areas of interest are mindful movement, deep relaxation, breath work and yoga for mental health.
Why 'Friendly yoga'? Because I want classes to feel inclusive for everyone.
Yoga is all about taking care of yourself, your body and your mind. Tuning into what you really need in each moment.
Group classes are small, giving you the opportunity to progress at your own pace, ask questions if you want to and enjoy your time on the mat. They combine gentle yoga with breathing and relaxation. My aim is to provide a little oasis in our busy lives, to help you feel more in balance, refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.
I also offer private classes to develop your personal practice.
