Yoga has been in my life for almost 20 years. It's the practice I turn to without question whenever life gets tough and one I revel in in good times. The move into teaching started as a flash in a meditation class, with the simple question, 'What am I doing with my life?!'  

I went on to study at renowned school Yogacampus, receiving the RYT200 teaching qualification. I am also a certified Yoga for Pelvic Floor teacher and continue studying through regular workshops and courses.

My main areas of interest are mindful movement, breath work, yoga for mental health and yoga for the pelvic floor. 


Friendly yoga is all about looking after yourself, your body and your mind. Tuning into what you really need in each moment.

Group classes are small, giving you the opportunity to progress with your yoga practice, ask questions if you want to and enjoy a relaxed and peaceful time on the mat. They combine flowing hatha yoga with breathing (pranayama) and relaxation. 

I also offer private classes to develop your personal practice and sessions designed to heal and strengthen the pelvic floor.
