Pelvic floor problems affect most of us at some point in our lives. Some think we have to put up with the state of our pelvic floor, particularly as we age, but this isn't the case. There are things we can do to strengthen and relax (yes relax!) our pelvic floor. This is where yoga comes in...and in ways you might not expect!
This two-hour workshop will help you discover what's going on with your own pelvic floor, plus practices you can do to help you get in better and more confident shape.
