Pelvic floor yoga works on the pelvic floor as a whole. The aim is to strengthen, stretch and relax the muscles. We work together identifying and becoming familiar with the pelvic floor, going on to combine breathing and asana (yoga postures) to ensure the pelvic floor can work optimally in daily life and support the organs within our body. This type of yoga is suitable for a number of conditions, including urinary incontinence, leakage or 'accidents' and pelvic pain.
